As a registered psychologist (NFG, Netherlands), I use evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behvarioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Whether you need space to reflect, strategies to cope, or support to move forward, we work together to bring clarity and resilience.

Sessions are self-funded. A receipt will be provided if you wish to submit a claim to your Dutch insurance provider.
In-person sessions are available on Wednesdays at my Amsterdam Zuid (WTC) office. Online sessions remain available throughout the week.
